Living life with contentment, grace, and a sense of purpose.
Feeling compassion for ourselves and those around us.
Being true to ourselves.
It’s what we all want, but it can seem out of reach.
Life coaching can help.
Coaching provides a safe place for you to pause, reflect, and clarify where you want to go, discover what is getting in your way, and move forward with finding your flow.
You are not alone.
I can help you explore life choices that are more closely aligned with your heart, your values, and who you want to be. We can untangle the fears, assumptions, and stories that have been holding you back.
Together we will work to give you hope, joy, and confidence to create a life filled with meaning, designed around the unique way you move through the world.

Life Coaching
Life coaching is a creative, collaborative, thought-provoking partnership between client and coach meant to help support you in maximizing your potential in chosen areas of your life. It is a client-directed process based on your goals, needs, and interests and the understanding that you know yourself best but sometimes you may unwittingly stand in your own way.
A supportive coach can help you make your own choices, learn what works best for you, and help you select actions to move your life forward in a positive direction.
Coaching does not offer any guarantee of success, but the more one is committed to change, the more beneficial the experience can be. Coaching takes a holistic approach and invites you to explore how all the different parts of your life are connected.
“The places where we are truly seen and heard are holy places.”

ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching is life coaching using an ADHD lens. It is vital to understand how your brain works if you are one of the lucky folks to be graced with neurodivergent brain “wiring”. ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is not just a childhood issue and one does not grow out of it (although its presentation can shift over a lifetime), but it is highly manageable. It is also imperative to understand that ADHD symptoms are not moral failings or character flaws. They are caused by real differences in the brain.
Individuals with undiagnosed, misunderstood, or unmanaged ADHD, however, have the very real potential of experiencing more serious challenges and problems than the general population. Having ADHD can potentially lead to higher incidences of relationship problems, underachievement, substance use/abuse, underemployment, low self-esteem, or just plain overwhelm. ADHD does not have to do with IQ, but instead with situational intelligence.
As an ADHD coach, I can help you understand the challenges that may come with neurodivergence, how they may be affecting your life, and guide you in developing tools as you navigate living in a neurotypical world. The combination of learning about your brain, appreciating your own unique strengths, passions, talents, and successes, and designing supportive environments can help you live your life in ways that work for you rather than against you. I look forward to partnering with you as you uncover, celebrate, and embrace your true elements and explore what is possible.

We all have our own deep inner wisdom.
